It’s been a long wait but our Gen 2 Arc Flash range is here!
When we set out to create our Gen 2 range, we started by asking “what actually matters when you’re wearing this every day?”
The feedback told us: comfort, mobility, durability and protection that works with you, not against you.
Every comment, every challenge, every real frustration has helped shape Gen 2. The result is a range that feels familiar in quality but delivers impactful improvements where it matters most.
So what is new?
- Better fabrics – At the heart of Gen 2 are new and improved fabric combinations, carefully tested to deliver better flexibility, longer-lasting products, and ultimate comfort. Every product in the range now uses fully stretch fabric, allowing you to move comfortably without restriction, whether you’re bending, climbing, kneeling, or working long shifts.
- A better fit for real bodies – No two people work the same way or have the same build. That’s why Gen 2 features more precise fits, designed around real bodies rather than a one-size-fits-all. We wanted to provide workwear that fits better, feels better, and performs better throughout the day for everyone.
- Built to last – Durability is non-negotiable. With Gen 2, we have improved colour fastness, so garments hold their look for longer, even after repeated wear and washing. We’ve also refined construction and materials to ensure the range stands up to the demands of tough working environments.
- For those who spend a lot of time on their knees, our combat trousers now feature Cordura® fabric in high-wear areas. This reinforcement delivers increased abrasion resistance and longer-lasting performance where it’s needed most.
- A sharper look, inside and out – Function matters, but so does confidence. Gen 2 introduces cleaner lines and an improved overall design, creating a more modern, professional look without sacrificing performance.
What hasn’t changed?
While we pushed boundaries on comfort, fit, and design, one thing remains the same: the arc-rated protection you rely on. Gen 2 continues to meet the high safety standards you expect, now paired with smarter design and improved wearability.
